• We do not offer refunds. Where appropriate, a credit note will be issued.

• Please choose your items carefully. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting conditions during photography or videography. All videos are filmed in natural daylight.

• We are fully transparent and accurate in our product descriptions.

• Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Postage and shipping costs will be added based on delivery location and confirmed at checkout or prior to dispatch.

• If returning an item, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
